What this one is built to do
Pliers with metal clasp
We gave the plier a wider body and traded fragile plastic catches for a solid metal clasp. Multiple gear settings let you set the jaw spread to match the thickness of your stone, porcelain, or ceramic stock.
Disposable base clips
The clear clips sit down in the thinset between tile edges and stay there while the bed dries. Once the floor sets overnight, a sideways kick or a tap with a rubber mallet snaps the top section away.
Reusable wedge inserts
The ribbed wedges slide straight through each upright clip to squeeze neighboring tiles into the same plane. You collect them off the floor after breaking the clips, ready to load into the bucket for the next row.
Floor and wall alignment
Large format tiles tend to sink or drift on wet mortar, especially on a vertical wall. These spacers keep the grout gaps uniform and hold heavy ceramic or marble pieces steady until the entire layout is locked in.
