Talk to the shop

Questions about a tool, a figure on a spec line or something written on this site come to the bench. Questions about an order go to the storefront that took it.

What we can answer

Which bar length suits the limbs along your fence. Whether a pack from one tool fits the base of another. What a figure on a spec line was measured against. Whether a jig covers the handle spacing on the doors you have. Those are bench questions and they land in the right place here.

Corrections belong here too. If a number on a page does not match the tool in your hand, that is worth an email, and it gets fixed on the page rather than argued about.

What goes to the storefront instead

Anything tied to a specific order lives with our retail partner: where a parcel is, what was charged, a replacement, a piece that arrived damaged. They took the order and they hold the record of it, so writing to us adds a step without adding an answer.

The buttons across this site open the matching item at that storefront, and their own help pages handle the rest.

A note about the address

The postal address below is the bench and the mailbox. It is not a shop counter and not a place to send a tool back. There is nothing on display, no aisle to walk and nobody to hand a parcel to.

Letters and notes reach us at that door, and a piece that needs to go back travels the way it came, through the storefront that sold it.

Where the bench is

338 Lake Ave
Elyria, OH 44035
US

This is the bench and the mailbox, not a counter. There is nothing to try here and no aisle to walk. Letters reach us at this door.

What reaches us fastest

[email protected] with the tool name, or the model code off the spec line if you have it. That one line saves a round trip.

  • A figure on a spec line that does not match the tool in your hand.
  • Which version of a body you actually want.
  • Something on this site that reads wrong or links nowhere.
  • What fits what: packs, chains, blades, bits.
