Who handles what

This site is a catalog. Every button on it opens the matching piece at our retail partner, and everything after that click belongs to them: the payment, the packing, the carrier and the dates you see at checkout.

That split is deliberate rather than a shortcut. They are set up to move parcels across the country. We are set up to grind, wire and test tools, and to explain what each one does.

Where the delivery figures come from

Any date, cost or option attached to getting a parcel to your door is shown by that storefront while you are checking out, against your own address. Those figures change by region, by weight and by the week, so we do not print a copy of them here that would be wrong by the time you read it.

The same goes for stock. A piece that shows as available on this page may have moved since the catalog was read, and the storefront always has the current answer.

What to have ready before it lands

Some tools want a consumable that does not travel with them. A chain saw bar arrives dry and wants bar oil. A torch head threads onto a gas cylinder you buy locally. A stick welder needs a helmet and gloves off your own shelf. A foam cannon needs car wash soap.

Each product page lists this before the buy button, so the parcel and the hardware run can happen in the same week rather than one after the other.

If something is wrong on arrival

A damaged box, a missing part or the wrong item goes straight to the storefront that sent it. They hold the order record and they can act on it the same day.

If the problem is the tool rather than the parcel, we want to hear about it at the bench as well. That is how a part gets changed on the next run.
