Tile Leveling System 1/16-Inch with Plier

Setting thin stock or wide ceramic across an uneven subfloor usually means chasing lippage tile by tile with a rubber mallet. We put this kit together so the clips hold the gap while the wedges draw the faces flush. The plier sets the depth without snapping the plastic early.

What this one is built to do

Pliers with metal latch

The handle frame is broad steel with a solid metal buckle at the tail instead of thin plastic. It gives your grip enough leverage to seat the wedge deep into the clip without flexing the jaws sideways.

Disposable base clips

The clear clips slide under the edge of each tile before the mortar skins over. They set the grout gap between pieces and break away cleanly with a kick or a mallet blow once the thinset cures.

Reusable wedge ramps

The ribbed wedges ride flat against the ceramic face to push high corners down level with the neighboring piece. You pull them back out of the broken clips, toss them in a bucket, and use them on the next run.

Wall and floor stock

The system works across porcelain, slate, marble slabs, and plain ceramic squares. Thin stone stays aligned across long room spans where setting by eye alone tends to drift by the third row.
