What this one is built to do
Sunlight charging on face
The solar panel sits flat on the housing with a weather-sealed coat that handles summer sun and winter wet. A normal daylight soak keeps the internal cell ready for the dark hours.
Warm glow behind numbers
Light spills from behind the dark face rather than blinding straight outward. The contrast keeps the digit readable from the street without washing out into a harsh blur across your siding.
Tough outdoor casing
