What this one is built to do
Stable arc starts
The internal inverter keeps the current steady from the moment the rod taps the steel. Arc starts catch without endless sticking, which keeps the weld puddle clean and leaves less spatter to scrape off the driveway afterward.
Single knob current control
Turn the dial on the front panel to tune the heat for thin strap iron or thicker fence posts. The range covers common repair stock around the house, from lawnmower decks to mailbox mounts.
Rods included in box
The bundled electrodes handle carbon steel in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. They strike on low voltage setups and leave a light slag crust that taps loose with a hammer once the bead cools.
What you need to bring
We pack the machine and the rod bundle together, but the welding hood, heavy gloves, and wire brush stay on your shelf. Set your ground clamp on clean bare metal before striking an arc.
