Stick Welder with Five-Pound Rod Pack
A portable stick welding unit boxed together with five pounds of carbon steel rods for quick repairs on gates and brackets.
This box puts the small handheld welder and a pack of general repair electrodes on the bench together. You supply the helmet, the heavy cord, and the scrap iron to set your bead on. The dial controls the current while the inverter circuit keeps the arc steady on carbon steel.
Price and stock live with the storefront and can move between visits.

The top knob dials your heat up or down to match the steel thickness. Internal inverter circuitry steadies the arc once struck, which keeps spatter down across carbon steel and plain iron stock.
We built the housing light enough to hold in one hand while you tack a broken gate hinge or secure a bracket. It tucks under the bench when the repair cools.
The carton includes a bundle of general purpose electrodes suited for low carbon steel repairs. They run on alternating or direct current and strike readily even when working on uneven joint gaps.
Toss your own chipping hammer, wire brush, and welding helmet next to the machine before plugging in. The clamp grips your work piece while the electrode holder takes each fresh rod.
