Stick Welder with Five-Pound Rod Pack
A portable stick welding unit boxed together with five pounds of carbon steel rods for quick repairs on gates and brackets.
We built this compact gray stick welder for fence latches, garden gates, and cracked mower decks that cannot easily roll into the shop. The case carries the machine and a starter pack of carbon steel rods. You supply the dark hood, heavy gloves, and clean bare metal.
Price and stock live with the storefront and can move between visits.

The rotary dial on top sets your output across a wide range. You turn it to match the rod thickness and the piece of scrap on the bench, then strike your arc without wrestling thick cables.
The box includes low-carbon steel rods suited for flat and upright seams. They light quickly on thin metal and bridge small gaps when two cut pieces do not sit square against each other.
The gray inverter body fits in one hand while your other runs the clamp. You can carry it up a step ladder or tuck it between deck posts without dragging an iron transformer across the grass.
The rods and the machine arrive together in one carton, but the rest of the station is yours to provide. You will still need a chipping hammer, a wire brush, and proper eye cover before you start.
