Thin Rip Jig for Table Saws

Narrow strips tend to chatter or jam when you trap them against the fence. We cut this guide from solid aluminum alloy to ride your miter slot instead, holding the cut line on the open side of the blade. You set the stop once and feed your stock through.

What this one is built to do

Anodized aluminum body

We machine the frame from solid aluminum stock and give it a hard anodized coat. It stays flat across the cast iron top, dampens chatter on light passes, and will not warp when the shop heats up.

Slot fit and hardware

The guide locks down with our sliders and matching bolts made for standard T-tracks on saws and router tables. It does not drop into rounded U-slots, so check the profile on your top before setting up.

Telescoping range

The sliding arm extends out to meet the teeth and locks down with a quick turn of the knob. Both metric and imperial marks are etched into the metal surface so they will not rub off with sawdust.

One wheel guide

The bearing tip rolls along your board to guide the feed while keeping the cutoff piece on the outside of the blade. Each strip drops off the table with the same width as the one before it.
