Stick Welder with Five-Pound Rod Pack
A portable stick welding unit boxed together with five pounds of carbon steel rods for quick repairs on gates and brackets.
Most welder packages leave you chasing down electrodes and headgear before you can strike an arc on a rusted gate hinge. We put the handheld rig, a heavy stack of all position rods, and a clear view helmet into one box. You supply the clean steel, the ground clamp spot, and the wall outlet.
Price and stock live with the storefront and can move between visits.

The front knob adjusts the heat across small increments to suit thin sheet or heavier angle iron. The internal inverter circuit helps hold the arc steady once you strike it, keeping spatter down across the joint.
The included helmet skips the muddy green filter found on older hoods. You see the joint in natural color before the arc fires, and the puddle stays clear as you run the bead along the seam.
The included electrodes run on low carbon steel and strike easily even when the fit between two scrap pieces is rough. They lay flat beads on a workbench or vertical passes on a standing fence post.
The box covers the power unit, the electrodes, and the helmet. You still need a wire brush to clear mill scale, a chipping hammer for the slag, and a pair of heavy work gloves from your shelf.
