What this one is built to do
Handled tapping block
The thick plastic block has a molded top handle. Your fingers stay off the strike face while you seat the tongues together. It takes direct mallet strikes without chipping the fragile edges off your new planks.
Steel pull bar
When you reach the last row against the baseboard, there is no room to swing a block. The steel bar drops down behind the plank edge. A soft backing rests against the surface while you tap the upright flange.
Stable triangle spacers
Thin plastic wedges tend to tip over the second you bump a board into place. These triangle blocks stay upright along the drywall. They set the gap you need around the room perimeter before you trim out the base.
Locking contour gauge
Pipes and door jambs force irregular cuts on the ends of your planks. The row of pins slides against the profile, then locks in place with a flip latch. You trace the shape directly onto your board before cutting.
