Stick Welder with Five-Pound Rod Pack
A portable stick welding unit boxed together with five pounds of carbon steel rods for quick repairs on gates and brackets.
We packed the stick unit and the darkening helmet together so you are not chasing down a hood after the box lands. The compact welder runs on carbon steel and iron, light enough for one hand. You dial the knob to set the output, strike the rod, and get to work on the bracket.
Price and stock live with the storefront and can move between visits.

The unit is small enough to hold with one hand while you tack a seam. It uses inverter circuitry to keep the arc steady across carbon steel and iron stock without throwing wild spatter across the bench.
A single knob lets you trim the current up or down to match the metal in front of you. Thin strap takes a lighter touch, while thick angle stock wants more heat to sink the bead.
The helmet lens switches shade the instant you strike an arc, guided by two optical sensors. It holds natural color through the glass so you see the puddle and the line clearly without the old green wash.
Knobs on the outside of the shell let you set the shade level, sensitivity, and delay before the glass clears. You can change your settings with thick gloves on without pulling the hood off your head.
