Setting large tile by hand usually means tapping corners with a mallet and hoping the thinset underneath spreads without leaving hollow spots. We built this vibration tool to lift the piece, place it on the mark, and run the motor until the slab settles flush with its neighbors. The display keeps the speed setting in view.

What this one is built to do

Suction pad grip

The wide rubber pad grabs the smooth face of a tile when you pull the lock lever. It holds firm while you swing the piece off the spacer stack and drop it straight down into wet mortar without pinching fingers.

Vibration speed controls

Push buttons on the grip cycle the motor through several speed steps. A low pulse works for thin wall pieces, while thicker floor pavers take higher rattle to spread dense thinset out to the edges.

Digital speed readout

A small screen beside the handle shows the current vibration level as you work along the row. You can check your setting at a glance before dropping the cup onto the next piece of stone or ceramic.

Two battery packs

The kit includes two slide-on battery packs and a wall charger. One pack runs the tool on the floor while the second sits on the bench cord, so the job keeps moving through a long hallway run.
